New Washington State Record Cascade Elk

At the Washington Sportsmen's show a new Cascade Roosevlt's Elk Black Powder State Record was measured by Boone & Crockett measurer David Morris. The bull was taken by Kurtiss Mehr in King Co.,WA in 2011. It measured 398 7/8 and will be recognized as the new state record.
