2nd State Record Elk

A secomd state record bull was measured during the Western Washington Sportsmen's Show in Puyallup this year.  A bull that was taken by Russell Mingus in 1975 was brought in by his sister Marsha Mangan.  Russell died just two years after harvesting the bull and never knew exactly how big the bull really was.The bull measured 388 2/8 and is the new Washington State Record Cascade Roosevelt Black Powder category.
